Overview

MenPulse Guide provides educational wellness content, including free/paid digital downloads and, at times, physical merchandise. Because different products have different refund rules, please review the sections below carefully.


1) Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, downloads, gated/free content)

  • All digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once access is delivered (e.g., download link shown, emailed, or account access granted).

  • If you experienced a technical issue (e.g., duplicate payment, link failure, or you never received access), email contact@menpulseguide.com for Approval. 

 


2) Physical Products (if/when offered)

For eligible physical items sold directly by MenPulse Guide:

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and all tags/accessories.

  • Non-returnable items: Perishables, intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, and download codes.

  • Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@menpulseguide.com with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos (if damaged/defective).
  2. We’ll respond with instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if eligible.
  3. Ship the item to the return address we provide. Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Refunds for physical products

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval or rejection.

  • If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card issuer.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error; or returns initiated after 30 days.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if defective or damaged, or (if offered) for one-time size exchanges on apparel, subject to stock. Email contact@menpulseguide.com

Sale items

  • Unless required by law, sale/clearance items are final sale and not refundable.

 


3) Shipping Costs & Risk (physical returns)

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/size sent, manufacturing defect).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For higher-value items, use a trackable service and consider shipping insurance—we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.

 


4) Late or Missing Refunds

  1. If a refund was approved but not received:
  2. Recheck your bank/card account.
  3. Contact your card issuer; posting can take several business days.
  4. Contact your bank; processing times vary.
  5. Still missing? Email contact@menpulseguide.com with your order details.

 


5) Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we may issue a gift credit for approved returns once received.

  • If the order was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

 


6) Purchases from Third Parties

If you bought MenPulse-branded products from a third-party retailer, marketplace, or affiliate, their refund/return policy applies. Please contact that seller directly.
